P5a

We are P5a and our class teacher is Miss Page. We have 30 pupils in our class – 20 boys and 10 girls. This term, our current topic is electricity - how it is used in the world and how we can create our own electrical circuits. Our next topic will be looking into the history of the Verdant Works in Dundee.

In numeracy, we are currently looking at mass and weight, and will soon be moving on to volume. We will then be moving on to look at number sequences, division and subtraction, and improving our knowledge of the timetables.

In literacy, we will be looking at improving our skills for reading, focusing on fluency, expression, pace and understanding.

In health and wellbeing, we will be focusing on the different aspects of SHANARRI and working on building our fitness in PE classes.
